If you have no online business experience then you need a business system. You will need to wade through all the hype on the internet to determine if the business’s claims are real. And lastly, look for a business that requires an investment of time and money.
Look for a proven system. An online opportunity that is turnkey is best for the novice online entrepreneur. It will provide you with training, a website and a lucrative compensation plan which is clearly defined. Often you will have to wade through a great deal hype to get to this information. An opportunity that has stood the test of time is a clear indication that the system works. One that has been in business for over a year is best.
Are the claims made believable? If you run across an opportunity that says that you can make over $ 100,000 in three months with no experience then you may be in for a ride.
Listen to your gut. If you get a knot in your stomach when you read the claim then run away! Trust your instincts when it comes to promises and guarantees. On the other hand if your gut says read on then it may be possible for you to reach the published claim.
Does the system require a real investment? By real investment I mean between $ 5,000 to $ 10,000 to get started. If an opportunity says you can get started with an investment of less than that you need to reconsider the business opportunity. Everyday you see opportunities on TV and on the internet claiming that you can make serious money with no money invested of your own. I am here to tell you this is one of those times you should listen to your gut and not your head.
Also beware of any business that you do not need to invest any of your own time. To be successful you need to invest both time and money.
Choosing an online business takes time and energy but you can do it if you keep these points in mind.
1) Look for a proven system, one that has a track record for more than one year.
2) Look for an opportunity whose claims you can believe in.
3) Does the opportunity require you to make a real investment of both time and money. By following these points you will be able to choose an online system that you can not only live with but make money with as well.
